1. Introduction & Acceptance

  • Welcome to Mingle Mate. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mingle Mate website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

  • All photos and information must be real, honest, and represent you truthfully
  • No fake profiles, impersonation, bots, or misleading identities
  • No photos containing nudity, explicit content, minors alone, or content that violates decency standards
  • No hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language
  • No illegal content, services, or behavior (fraud, scams, plagiarism)
  • We reserve the right to reject, remove, or disable any profile or content that violates these rules — with or without notice

  • Respect other users’ boundaries and privacy
  • Communicate honestly and respectfully
  • Do not use automated scripts, scraping tools, bots, or other unauthorized software
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or interfere with the Service
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction while using the Service

    • 6. Matching, Messaging & Gems

  • Matching occurs when two users mutually like each other (or under conditions defined by Mingle Mate’s matching logic)
  • Messaging is allowed only after a match (or in cases where Gems or special features allow initiated contact), per the app’s rules
  • Use of any premium features or “Gems” is subject to separate terms

    • 7. Verification & Safety Measures

  • Mingle Mate may require photo verification, identity verification, or other checks to ensure authenticity and safety
  • You agree to cooperate with such verification processes when requested
  • Accounts failing verification or found in violation of policy may be suspended or deleted

    • 8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy & Data Protection Policy ([link]), which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

    • 9. User Content & License

  • You retain ownership of any content you post (photos, messages, profile details)
  • By posting, you grant Mingle Mate a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for purposes of operating and promoting the Service, subject to your privacy settings and consents
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share such content

    • 10. Prohibited Activities & Termination

  • Violating these Terms or our policies
  • Using fake profiles, bots, or deception
  • Harassing, threatening, bullying, or discriminating against other users
  • Attempting fraud, spam, phishing, or any criminal activity
  • Sharing copyrighted or explicit content without permission
  • Accounts may be terminated or suspended at our discretion — without refund — if you violate the Terms

  • No guarantee of matches or results — We cannot promise you will find a match, love, or relationship using Mingle Mate
  • Service provided “as is” — We make no warranties (express or implied) regarding reliability, quality, timing, performance, or suitability
  • Limitation of liability — To the extent permitted by law, Mingleverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of Terms

    • 12. Changes to Terms

  • Updated version’s effective date will be posted at the top
  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
  • We’ll notify users via app notification or email for major changes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India
