Mingle Mate Serious Dating App, owned and operated by MINGLEVERSE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the mandatory reporting of illegal content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant global law enforcement agencies.

1. Age Restriction & Verification

Mingle Mate is strictly for users aged 18 years or older. We do not allow minors on the platform.

Users must provide accurate birth dates, and we employ Identity and Selfie Verification to ensure all users are of legal age.

Any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be immediately suspended pending age verification.

2. Prohibited Behavior (CSAE/CSAM)

Uploading, sharing, soliciting, or promoting CSAM or any content involving the exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent lifetime ban.

Attempting to groom, contact, or exploit minors is a violation of international law and our core safety standards.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanism

Mingle Mate provides a functional, in-app mechanism for users to report safety concerns.

Users can report any profile, message, or image directly within the app experience by clicking the "Report" button on a user's profile.

Our moderation team reviews all child safety-related reports with the highest priority, typically within 24 hours.

4. Safety & Content Moderation

We utilize AI-based detection tools to proactively scan for and block CSAM and unsafe content before it reaches other users.

Manual moderation teams are trained specifically to identify and handle violations of child safety standards.

5. Child Safety Point of Contact

In accordance with Google Play policies, we have designated a Child Safety Point of Contact to handle all reports of exploitation.

6. Compliance & Enforcement

Mingle Mate complies with the Google Play Child Safety Standards.
