Our reporting and blocking features are designed to be intuitive, fast, and completely confidential, ensuring that you can remove discomfort from your journey with just a few taps.

We have integrated safety tools directly into every user profile. You don't have to go digging through complex menus to find help. To report or block someone:

1. Visit the Profile: Navigate to the profile of the user you wish to report.
2. Find the Options: Tap the three dots (menu icon) or the "Report" button located on their profile page.
3. Select Your Action: Choose whether you want to 'Block' the user entirely or 'Report' them for a specific violation.
4. Submit Details: If reporting, select the reason (e.g., harassment, fake profile, inappropriate content) and hit submit.

Blocking is an immediate way to cut off contact. Once you block a profile:

• They can no longer see your profile or photos.
• They cannot send you messages or see your online status.
• You will disappear from their match list and search results.
• The best part? They are never notified that you blocked them; you simply vanish from their view.

Reporting helps our moderation team take action against people who break community standards. You should report a profile if you encounter:

• Harassment or Abuse: Any aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior.
• Identity Theft: If you suspect a profile is fake or using someone else's photos.
• Scams or Solicitations: Anyone asking for money or promoting external services.
• Inappropriate Content: Explicit photos or offensive language in their bio.

Every report submitted is reviewed by our dedicated safety team. We take these submissions seriously and investigate the reported profile's activity to determine if they have violated our terms of service. Depending on the severity, actions can range from a formal warning to a permanent ban from the platform. Your identity remains anonymous during this entire process.
