1. Our Commitment to a Respectful Community

At Mingle Mate, we strive to create a platform where users can interact freely and confidently, while respecting the dignity and comfort of others. By following these Terms, you help us maintain a space that encourages positive engagement. Violating any of these rules may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account, with no option for reinstatement.

2. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, the following behaviors and actions are prohibited on our platform:
Impersonation: Authenticity is essential. Representing yourself as someone else, or claiming false associations with individuals, groups, organizations, or entities, is not allowed. This includes parody accounts.
Fraudulent Activity: We take fraudulent actions very seriously. Attempting to collect personal information, solicit money, or deceive other users for financial gain will result in immediate removal from the platform and may lead to legal consequences.
Sexual Exploitation and Trafficking: The promotion or involvement in human trafficking, the sale of sexual services, or any non-consensual sexual activity will result in an immediate ban from Mingle Mate. Legal action may also be pursued in accordance with applicable laws.
Inappropriate Content: Sharing explicit content—whether sexual in nature or otherwise—through your profile, photos, videos, or messages is strictly prohibited.
Spam and Unwanted Promotions: Spamming other users with repetitive messages, or directing them to external websites or offline events, is not acceptable. Additionally, using Mingle Mate for unsolicited advertising is forbidden.
Harassment and Abuse: Any form of harassment, such as sending inappropriate or offensive messages, stalking, threats, hate speech, or bullying, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Promotion of Violence: Content that incites violence or harm, including terrorism, assault, self-harm, or suicide, is not allowed. We will work with law enforcement if necessary to protect our community.
Discriminatory Behavior: We do not tolerate hate speech. Content that promotes racism, discrimination, or violence based on an individual's race, ethnicity, religion, gender, appearance, age, nationality, or sexual orientation is strictly forbidden.
Violation of Privacy: You are prohibited from sharing another person's personal information without their consent, as well as sharing your own personal details, including financial information, identification documents, or contact information.
Age Restrictions: Mingle Mate is for individuals aged 18 and older. Any content featuring minors, or interactions involving underage users, will be promptly removed.
Intellectual Property Violations: Posting content that infringes upon copyrights or trademarks, or sharing material that you do not have the legal right to use, is prohibited.
Illegal Activity: Using Mingle Mate for any form of illegal activity, whether online or offline, is strictly prohibited. If it is illegal in the real world, it is also prohibited on our platform.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account. In severe cases, we will cooperate with legal authorities to ensure the safety of our users. Please note that account terminations are final.

4. Reporting Violations

If you notice any suspicious or inappropriate behavior, or if you come across content that violates these Terms, please report it through the in-app "Report" feature. Your reports help us ensure that Mingle Mate remains a safe and enjoyable space for everyone.

5. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Virtual Currency

Mingle Mate offers optional In-App Purchases (IAP), which allow users to purchase gems, a form of virtual currency. Gems may be used to unlock premium features, including but not limited to:
• Unlocking chat access
• Boosting your profile visibility
• Other exclusive features that may be introduced in the future

Important notes regarding IAP and gems:
• Purchases of gems are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by the rules of the platform (Google Play / Apple App Store).
• Gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed outside of the Mingle Mate platform.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may result in account suspension or termination.
• By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have obtained proper consent to use the chosen payment method.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Google Play Users: If you made a purchase through Google Play and would like to request a refund, please follow Google’s official refund process. Refunds are subject to Google’s policies and may only be granted in certain circumstances.
• Apple App Store Users: If you made a purchase through the Apple App Store, refunds are managed directly by Apple. To request a refund, please visit Apple’s support page and follow the instructions.
• Direct Purchases: Where applicable, purchases made directly through Mingle Mate (outside of app stores) are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Please note: Cancelling or deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused gems or features.

7. Modifications to These Terms

Mingle Mate reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any changes are made, you will be notified via email or in-app notifications. By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
