Mingle Mate – Child Safety Standards

Mingle Mate is an adult-only dating platform created for individuals seeking serious and meaningful relationships. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment. Any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment is strictly prohibited.

Platform Purpose & Eligibility

Mingle Mate is designed exclusively for adults. Access to the platform is limited to users who are 18 years of age or older.

Registration or use of Mingle Mate by minors is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected to belong to underage individuals are removed immediately.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Mingle Mate enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

CSAE includes, but is not limited to, the creation, possession, distribution, promotion, or facilitation of content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading, sharing, or storing photos or videos involving minors
  • Using child or underage images as profile or gallery photos
  • Sexualized, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors
  • Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication involving minors

Profile Review & Preventive Measures

To protect our community, Mingle Mate actively enforces preventive measures, including but not limited to:

  • Manual and automated review of user profiles and uploaded photos
  • Blocking or removing images that appear to include minors
  • Suspending or permanently banning accounts that violate child safety standards
  • Preventing repeat access by previously banned users where possible

Reporting & User Safety Tools

Mingle Mate provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report:

  • Suspected underage users
  • Photos or content involving minors
  • Any behavior that may pose a risk to child safety

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate enforcement action is taken.

Enforcement & Legal Cooperation

Accounts found to be involved in CSAE or child safety violations are immediately suspended or permanently terminated.

Content identified as involving CSAE is removed without delay. Where required by law, Mingle Mate may report such activity to relevant law enforcement or child protection authorities.

These Child Safety Standards are publicly available and apply to all users of the Mingle Mate application and related services.
